Common Questions 

How do I get started?

Kicking off your subscription with us is easy! When you select the flavor and/or product size on any of our product pages, choose ” Subscribe & Save” option and choose your delivery frequency before adding it to cart. When you check out, you’ll need to create an account with a password to complete your subscription order.

How is my discount determined?

The discount structure is as follows:

  • Deliver Monthly – 15% Discount
  • Deliver every 3 Months – 13% Discount
  • Deliver every 6 Months – 10% Discount

When is my order processed?

Once you have selected the product you’d like to subscribe to, select the frequency of your subscription – every 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Your initial order will be processed within one business day of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order.

How do I update or change my payment method?

To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log into your Primo Gardens account and click the “Payment Methods” tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your credit card information. After making changes to your credit card in the “Payment Methods” tab, you’ll need to associate that card with your subscription. To do so, click the “Subscriptions” tab and associate your credit card to your subscription.

How do I update or change my address

To update or change the address associated with your subscription, log into your Primo gardens account and click the “Addresses” tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your address information. After making changes to your address in the “Addresses” tab, you’ll need to associate that address with your subscription. To do so, click the “Subscriptions” tab and associate your address to your subscription.

How is shipping handled?

All orders over $74.00 ship with ground service for free. Orders that do not qualify for free ground shipping will be charged the standard ground rate of $8.00

How do I update my subscription?

  1. Click on the “My Account” option in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the “Subscriptions” options in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the options of your choice to Skip, Pause, Change Frequency or Cancel active

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Click on the “My Account” option in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the “Subscriptions” options in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select “Cancel Subscription”
  4. A message will then state, “Your Subscription has been updated”. This means you have successfully cancelled your subscription.

Is cryptocurrency checkout available with subscriptions?

At the moment you CANNOT use the cryptocurrency checkout option when a subscription is in the cart. All subscriptions must have a valid Debit or Credit card saved on file in your My Account dashboard.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Cannot combine other promotions, discounts, or limited-time offerings in addition to the Subscribe & Save discount.
  • Bundles and bulk products that are already discounted are not available for subscription
